No reason for this

http://www.cleveland.com/browns/index.ssf/2009/03/video_shows_stallworth_after_a.html

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Donte Stallworth hit and killed a man with his car over the weekend. I'm not going to use the word "allegedly" because it happened. What hasn't been determined or released yet is whether or not he was drunk or whatever.

The Miami newspaper as well as the Plain Dealer website has posted video from after the accident that shows paramedics treating the pedestrian that was hit. This is so wrong. It's tabloid journalism.

Couldnt agree with you more.

I clicked on this over the weekend thinking it was just going to be video of Stallworth being given a field sobriety test ...

When I saw it was paramedics working on the deceased ... wow.

No one needs to see that. Ever.

Absolutely disgusting. What has our profession come to? That ethical line has been moved so much I'm afraid it will disappear someday.

I always feel so sad for the family of the victim when I see something like this on the news. As if they aren't dealing with enough without having that on the TV.
