Spinning Plates

In checking out the various spots in this world, I want to send out a big "HELLO" to whoever is stopping by from Canton, Ohio, Evansville, Indiana, Gainesville, Florida, Edmonton, Alberta Canada, and Hudson, Ohio...Thank you for stopping by. Please feel free to leave a comment. It's good to have you.

The video below was produced by one of the most talented kids I've ever had. Ryan Koppelman is a Beachwood High School graduate and is getting ready to graduate from Columbia Film School in Chicago. Ryan is very detail-oriented. It's a big part of what makes him great. He also plans out his videos very carefully.

I think that this young man would be great at claymation.

Oh,and Struke, you'll find this is from Wadsworth, Ohio. If I had my way Rittman would have seceded from Wadsworth long ago.

WIXY...I figured the Wadsworth locator was connected to you. That's like whenever there's a news story from Jackson Township in Start County, it's often refered to as "Massillon Jackson." Us Massillon folk don't want our city's name connected with Jackson Township.

I'm sure of one thing after watching your postings here, Dave. Aurora has one heck of a talented teacher, too. Mr. Strukel deserves some credit for the talent and energy coming from these students. Very refreshing, Dave.

I think Mr. Strukel deserves some recognition for the talent and energy demonstrated by these students. This is wonderful work. Imaginative. Well executed and produced. Nice work to all.
Congratulations to Aurora High for hiring Dave.

Chief...thank you very much! Your feedback means a lot to me as well as those who produced the videos. The kids' imaginations run wild and their creativity is amazing. The "Spinning Plates" video is so "outside the box" type thinking and creativity.

I love the barber shop video. I like that "old country" type charm when I go get my haircut.

I thought the "Spinning Plates" video was really cool. They seemed to put a lot of work in it and edit it great. I liked how one shot flowed to the next and the song went really well with it.
