I experienced two frustrations today. First, I can be impatient at times and I don't know what it is about the post office but today, it was extra slow. I don't know why but when I have to send a package, it seems like I am at least sixth in line and when I get to the front of the line, one window or worker closes their counter. My stop at the post office was at least a 20 minute trip.
And then, on my way to Bowling Green, home of the Fighting Falcons, I went through the drive through at a fast food restaurant to get a combo. Why are some fast food places so stingy on napkins? When people order food through a drive through, more likely than not, it will be eaten in the car. One or two napkins will not do the job.

Only two frustrations? Not bad! I usually experience many more than that in a day.
Kidding.
However, I can relate to the post office ordeal because that happens to me EVERY time I need to go there!
Fast food workers don't have any common sense. I know because I was doomed to work in such a place in high school (MANY years ago).

Bella...when I was much younger, I worked for two years at Wendy's and then did half a year at McDonald's. Those are great jobs for kids to learn responsibility.
Do you think your children will be working at either?
Struke, I don't know, but I do agree that working those types of jobs really does help one learn about responsibility. As much as I hated it, I learned A LOT. My parents MADE me work at Hardee's (and I have you beat...I worked there for THREE years). =)
I think I learned more about people than anything else!
Bella...Yes! You got it. Working with and for people is a great education. It prepares you so much for later in life.
Hardee's, at least when they were in my area, had great, cheap hamburgers.
I agree on the napkin issue. It seems that if there are too many given out it comes out of the worker's pay.
And of course I would like to see Bella working at Hardees nowadays serving up those monster thickburgers. He he.
Sorry, Cliff, but NO WAY will I go back!!!
=) Bella
